To place an order a physical address in New Zealand is required. If you have an “authority to leave” order with your courier please advise them to leave your parcel in a cool and safe place.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation from us, following this when your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you with tracking details so you can track your order.
Superfoods group can not guarantee the courier service. This service involves many people, vehicles and sometimes delays may occur. Parcels are generally delivered within the set time frame but If it is a little late please bear with us.
Refunds or replacements are only issued if the goods are damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent. In which case, Superfoods group will issue a refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
Refunds, exchanges, and replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy.
